Our Commitment
DCM Health Services is committed to ensuring that our digital education content meets high standards of medical review and clinical accuracy. Our patient education is grounded in the most recent evidence-based medicine, using guidelines from government agencies and medical organizations.
Our Quality Management Accreditation Council meets bi-annually to oversee accreditation standards, performance indicators, and quality improvement activities.
Content is created by a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, writers, editors, and independent contractors. Each piece undergoes review by at least two clinical reviewers, including a specialist when relevant. Credentials of reviewers are verified every 1–2 years.
Our Clinical Review Board
Our Clinical Review Board consists of licensed medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, dietitians, physical therapists, and physician assistants.

DCM Health Services verifies reviewer credentials and ensures active, unencumbered licensure before and during service. If a reviewer’s license lapses, they are suspended from duties until verified.
